Also, this vision system can detect the wrong polarity / wrong placement of the components on the PCB. After complete inspection of the PCB, all the defects are listed on the screen to manually intervene and correct the defect before proceeding.

The components vary in size, shape, colour, profile, etc. Also, the positions change from PCB to PCB. So, the solution provides recipe definition for each PCB. The PCB recipe contains the selection of
components along with the position and orientation. Thus, the system is very dynamic and extendable.
